Day 25: Saturday, May 16, 2009

On Saturday I basically took photos for the entire day.  To make a long story short, the first ones, the landscape ones were taken on a random road right along the Ohio river.  The floral ones were taken in my neighbor's garden after having browsed through a "photographing gardens" book at the library.  I put A LOT on the blog today and some are pretty similar.  I did that because I'd really liked some input on which ones you like best, so please let me know!  To aid in that, I've numbered them all, so this is number 1:

Please let me know what you think!  Feel free to answer the questions I've asked or to respond in any other way.  Thanks!  Also, bear in mind that virtually all of these would look better at a size in between the one shown before you click on them and the one shown after you click on them.  In other words, they look best if their bigger but no some big that you can't see the entire photo at one time.

    #1 is good. I like the proportions. #2 is boring. #3 is just not a pretty looking road. #4 is prettier than #5 because the colors are brighter. #6 is pretty but a bit boring. I like #7 best because of the red flowers in the background. I also like #11. I like #13 best but the subject matter is not that exciting. I really like #15. It almost looks like a painting. I like #22 not sure why. I like all of the flowers. Is the fern really white or is that a special effect?

    Yay mom for giving lots of input and not just saying "oh they're all pretty!" Good good. And the fern really is that color No special effect. You can see the more normal looking green colored leaves in the background too. They just have interesting plants in their garden. Thanks again for the great input!

    K. I like #1, but not 2. I like 3 & 4 cause you wonder where the road leads. 6 is eh.. I like the colors in 7. 11 would be better if it had better light. I love 12, 15, 16, 18 and all the ones after that.
