Day 2: Wednesday, April 22, 2009

Today (and on probably several other days) I don't have just one favorite photo, so I'm just going to go ahead and submit several.

Pretty flower in one of the pots on the back porch.

I took so many pictures of Ari I just couldn't bear to leave them ALL out even if none of them were stellar. I like this one because you can actually see the piece of bread she's throwing to the fishies. Obviously the color is off - I'm still figuring out settings. I'm pretty sure I had it on "tungsten lighting" mode for the majority of the day today...

Can you find the frog?

Our neighbors (the Nicholsons) are champion gardeners and therefore have a BEAUTIFUL garden. They also happen to be fabulous people in general and therefore let Ari and I (and anyone else) wander around their yard at any time. I thought these two of their ferns turned out really cool. They may be my favorite.

A bee who is also taking advantage of the Nicholsons' hospitality. I would like this one better if I'd manually focused it and the focus had been more centered on the bee and his (or her) flower.

Blogger is being odd, so this post is to be continued.
